the Colour Counsellor

I'm Jules, The Colour Counsellor - an expert personal style & colour consultant,  Head of Colour at the London College of Style, public speaker and author of the Amazon bestseller "How NOT to Wear Black" and "The Essential Guide to Mindful Dressing". I have appeared on national TV; The Lorraine Kelly show, BBC news and The ChrissyB Chat show and spoken on Radio worldwide having also had many articles published in the media.

I'm passionate about getting men and women into their true colours to look younger and healthier in an instant! I focus on genetics and personality placing the skin at the centre of the analysis for transformational results. I began teaching and mentoring in 2008 having had my original training and qualifications with the Colourflair System of Image Consultancy in 2005.

As a Personal Stylist and Colour Consultant I work with a wide range of individuals from business executives and heads of industry, to housewives, students and TV presenters. I arrange and host talks on colour and style for corporate businesses including Mastercard, BT, Microsoft, Chamneys and the UK Parliament. I also work with brands such as the iconic textile company Kvadrat, HONOR phones, Frangipani Style, Ridley London Fashion and Diva Catwalk.

As well as colour training John Lewis Stylists and Fashion students, I love educating school leavers on their image and how to “dress to impress” to get their dream jobs.

Here are just some of the Companies, Corporations and Societies I've had the pleasure of consulting in the past.

During a style and colour consultation I look at facial skin as closely as a cosmetic surgeon might do when deciding how to improve a clients appearance.  Choosing the correct colours for the skin tone can be instantly de-ageing and often has the same transformational effect as a surgical face lift or other anti-ageing procedure!

I aim to ensure that your complexion and features look as attractive as possible.

I've written 2 books;  How Not to Wear Black and The Essential Guide to Mindful Dressing.

How Not to Wear Black is a self help guide for women (and men) to find out whether they can wear black without ageing themselves dramatically.

The book forwards a new approach to looking younger, healthier and happier through style, colour consultations and colour analysis, achieving powerful results.

This is the first self-help book for women of its kind: looking at the psychology behind why women wear so much black.
